William Turnley
William Turnley joined Ironvest Partners in February of 2022 as a Sales Associate. He has a background in property risk evaluation, governmental economic development, and commercial real estate brokerage. Naturally, his experience gained as a director for a national real estate company makes him a great fit at IVP. William’s focus consists of sourcing investments on behalf of buyer clients and site sourcing for developers across the southeast.
While serving national retail tenants, developers, and buyers, to capitalize on markets across the southeast, William developed a knack for matchmaking. He has an extensive network in many capacities and brings deal-producing experience to find new opportunities here at IVP. William has a strong suit for market analysis as well. His beliefs can be summed up by a comment we hear him say every so often, “Remember nothing is more important than your name.” His passion for the land and core values of remembering your foundation has resulted in long-lasting relationships that he is proud to represent here at IVP.
William currently resides here in Birmingham, Alabama, with his wife and his three children. He is an active member of the Canterbury United Methodist Church, and also a contributor to the Alabama Audubon Society, Arbor Day Foundation, and Tanner Foundation. On the weekends you might find William at home cooking and enjoying time with his family or planning his next adventure outdoors.
Education
William received his Bachelor of Business degree in 2012 from the University of Mississippi. Afterward, he spent time in England studying Analysis and Management of Financial Risk at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
