Kyle Crew joined IronVest Partners in 2021 as a Sales Associate. Kyle knew he wanted to be in real estate from an early age. He asked for building blueprints one Christmas when he was seven years old and his love for real estate continues today. In college, he worked for a property management company where he learned how to manage tenants and owners, a week after graduation he started and learned invaluable knowledge at a national student housing development firm. During this time, he started a small investment firm with his brother and grandfather focusing on restoring historic buildings. Kyle always knew he was a salesperson at heart so real estate brokerage and investment sales was a natural transition for him. IronVest Partners was the perfect place to land and grow in commercial real estate.

Kyle was born in Americus, Georgia where he learned to appreciate real estate, especially historic architecture. He is the first in his family to be in the real estate industry but convinced his grandfather to start buying buildings in his hometown at 14 years old. He graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in Finance and Marketing in 2018. Kyle passionately serves the Birmingham community as a Junior Board member of the Glenwood Foundation for autism and behavioral disorders, is a member of the Phoenix Club of Birmingham; actively volunteering for the Boys and Girls Club of Alabama, is a Big Brother Mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Alabama, and coaches little league football. While he isn’t working or volunteering Kyle enjoys spending time playing tennis, hosting friends and family, traveling, all activities on the water, and connecting with people.
